iPhone is screwing up!

I added a contact the other day, and looked for it later and poof! Gone. Also I snapped some iPhoto pix and the date tags were saved as December 2008 instead of 2007. Is there some sort of diagnostic or repair procedure I should be using, like fixing permissions or something like that?

Anyone elses iPhone goofing up out there?

First I have heard of any thing like that. I did read about the World Clock burped New Years Eve and the weather widget does not like to report present temperatures that are below ZERO.
I added my work shift schedule to iCal and synced it to my iPhone the other day and all is still well with the Calendar.
