eBay: How do I (quickly) relist an unsold Second Chance auction item?

My original buyer dropped out, and the second chance auction bidder never responded. Now, I can't find an easy way to relist this without manually spending (yeah, it's just ten minutes) more time that I care to:

I'm sure posting this took more time, but I'm just curious...Am I missing an option, menu, or button to relist this item?

Must relist from your original listing. You cannot relist from a second-chance listing.

One thing you might note is that the description says there is a $9 s/h charge while the shipping/handling section calls for $11.
