iTMS Movie previews not working for me... audio but no video?

OS X 10.4.11 on 1.0Ghz Dual G4 MDD.

Latest Quicktime and iTunes installed

ATI Radeon 9600 Pro

1.5GB Memory.

In the iTunes store when I click on the view trailer button, I begin to hear the trailer audio, but the video never appears in the spot where the trailer should display.

Anyone else have this problem?

I repaired permissions and rebooted to no avail. Thanks!

This is a known problem. Many people (me included) are getting audio, but no video, on iTunes as well as with Quicktime streamed in any browser. Much discussion on Apple's support forums, including some successes restoring video. I have had no success.

I'll stop beating my head against my keyboard then, and will check Software Update again soon under the assumption Apple will provide an appropriate patch sometime soon.
