Best Buying is trying to change my opinion of them

They've botched several attempts at repairing my iPod. Now I'm exercising the Lemon clause in the extended warranty. The staff in house is backing me and in 3-7 days I should be able to walk out with a brand new iPod equal to about $300 (what I originally paid for mine). I know that they generally get a bad rep, but the local store seems to be trying hard to do the right thing.

I'm currently waiting to invoke the Lemon Clause with a Sony receiver I bought 4 years ago from Circuit City. I dropped it off about 12 days ago for the 3rd repair in the last year. Their lemon clause states that I'll get a product of equal features. That is great b/c I bought this as an open-box clearance for about 1/3 the retail selling price (it was a beat-up shelf model).

Not sure but they actually were able to reproduce the problem this time. They are waiting to find out how much the repair will cost and if it will be easier to replace it.
