I printed a priority mail address label and postage and affixed it to a Priority Mail envelope. Can I just put it in the mailbox? I can reprint the label with postage on it again and again. How would the post office know?

There are instructions on the label. Just put it in the box like a regular envelope. If it's too big, take it to the P.O. or schedule a pickup.
