Mitch, who knew that our mutual interest in Wiebetech enclosures would result
in a correction on their website? :-)
Please let me know your experience with the U-matic cases. I hope they work out
for you. If they are less expensive than the Wiebetech DriveBoxes and fit drives
just as well, they are of definite interest to me.

Hi Larry,
Just purchased the RTX100-SJ and one drive case (I think I set a record, 9 days to make an enclosure decision :-) ). My plan is to use U-matic cases for my drives in Seritek Trays and either the Weibetech Cases or VHS/SHVS cases for bare drives.
I think high quality VHS/SVHS cases will work better with Bare Drives than U-matic. The VHS/SVHS are smaller than the U-matic cases (the extra size is required for the trays but not for bare drives) so they will fit the bare drives more closely. Aside from fitting more closely they are easier to find. Its very hard to find U-matic cases. They are not made anymore but I did find 32 in stock at one large Tape Suppliers.
The VHS/SHVS will be cheaper than the Weibetech. I want to see what Weibetech adds to see it its worth the premium.
Thanks for your help.
Best Wishes,
Mitch

Don't ask me how many months I spent dithering about the RTX100-Q... :-)
