Isn't the entire keyboard lit up at the highest level? I just now notice that only the middle rows in a pyramid form (beginning with YU letters) are lit up.

After the "YU".... does "I oughta...." also light up... or flash?

Apple Tech confirmed that backlight is only meant to light up a few keys. The rest remain dimmed!
