Actually I got it for the bedroom but it is great as a battery (AA) speaker system with AC cord. Nice bag with pockets for the AC cord and remote. Best price is Beach for about 33.00 and for me about 5.00 shipping. Had extra ports like audio in and aux. It shows you can hook up to your TV.

Sears has them for 59.00. About the same size as the recommended Altec Lansings speaker for travel mentioned on the Forum. The sound sounds good to me.

It looks nice and the price is very attractive. It would be interesting to compare the sound against the Altec Lansing im600. I now have 3 im600's and have been super happy with them. In fact I'm looking at buying a 4th for my mom's house. I always buy a tivoli subwoofer to go with each of them and the sub is actually more than the altec!
