Is there an add-on like AdBlock for Safari?
#1
I just installed AdBlock in FF and it works great. Is there something similar for Safari. I don't use Safari much, so I am not that familiar with the add-ons. I saw several ad-ons that looked like they might work, but I would like a recommendation before I install.

I would like one that works like AdBlock. It should let me choose which images/animations to block.

Thanks for any advice.

It should be pointed out that most Safari add-ons work through Input Managers, which actually patch your whole OS just to add that one little feature to Safari and which are notorious for causing crashes and odd behavior, in particular after an OS update.

So, when Safari starts crashing on launch and none of your menus work anymore and your Dock starts relaunching every few minutes, you know what to blame.

MacMagus,
I noticed that when I downloaded one of the files. For now I think I may hold off. I mostly use FF. I was hoping that it would be as simple as installing AdBlock, but I guess not.
