One of the things I missed on the Dalmatian coast...I saw them on the trees (not all were ripe yet) but we never got to eat one. I'd like to try one right off the tree.

Does CA have them?

I grew up in the SF Bay Area and my grandparents had a pomegranate tree in their back yard, one of my fonder memories was staying at their house and eating pomegranates.

Yeah, I saw a huge box full of them in the local supermarket a couple of days ago.

Pomegranate juice, about 4-8x the cost of apple or orange juice. Somebody thinks it does something.
