I Hate My Sears Card

I gave up on them when they refused to let me extend my furnace warranty after I lost the renewal notice and didn't find it for a few months.

I'm guessing they thought I was trying to pull a fast one in the middle of June.

we have bought from Sears scratch 'n' dent outlet center near us, with good results.

not using the Sears card, however.
