I need to know if this banner thingy says
"Will Marry You For US Citizenship!" - because if it does, I'm all over this like NOW. I don't care what the postage costs! I'll even pay for overnight delivery! [spoiler]  [/spoiler]

It does but there is something about "size matters" so I think you might be out of luck.
