I saw this site, chiaobama.com

AFAIK, if I use the picture or the name of a celebrity to market a product, without endorsement from that said celebrity, I will most likely get sued. what about this case, do you think Obama is making any money out of it, or they are simply abusing his name?

If it is meant as an item of satire then it is protected speech.

That does bring up some fine points then. If they're profiting off that satire, what then? Of course, the media does it all the time. But can what the media does be considered safely in the bounds of free speech, whereas the chia thing be seen exclusively as a profit enterprise?
