And . . . has anyone ever entered "about:config" on a windows machine?
You get a warning about voiding your warranty by changing your settings!

Yup, searched the filter already. Why are you always smug when you're wrong and humble when you're right? Anyways, there are only about 8 choices under ui., and none of them come close-- I'm going to have to conclude that there's no corresponding option in the Windows version. I can sort of understand why since it's very easy to right click when you have a mouse.

OK, duh, I just realized that I can right click on a URL with this click pad-- it's going to take a bit of practice but I think I'll get the hang of it.
