Oh man... that guy from thestreet.com thinks Apple's dumb...
Maybe we shareholders should hire him to be the CEO.

You know... I had to use a lot of extra calories to click that link.
You could have just posted the multi-page article with images, right here in the thread, without the ads, of course. . just kidding! I love this screenshot! ![]() Dumb-o-Meter score: 91. "Boot Camp will burn a CD of all the required drivers for Windows so you don't have to scrounge around the Internet looking for them," the Boot Camp site adds.

>Boot Camp will burn a CD of all the required
>drivers for Windows so you don't have to scrounge around the Internet >looking for them, It's hilarious that this is the caption next to the dumb-o-meter--the drivers finder is a classic example of Apple smart design in stark contrast with the dark chasm that is Windows-use. I'm glad Apple's doing this Windows-booting; it's smart. I'm also glad they're attempting to still be smart-asses about OSX's superiority. If you accept the fact that Apple is switching to Intel (how can you not?) then this was the only smart option. The other alternative was to let the hackers come up with an inferior Windows-booting solution (happened already), and keep developing ways to foil those solutions. Remember when Apple used to not want folks using third-party DVD burners with iDVD? How did that work out in image/practical terms?

"The time-warp talk doesn't faze Redmond, Wash.-based Microsoft, though. "Windows is a great operating system," Microsoft claims."
So they claim.
