Which sites will help improving one's resume and cover-letter with up-to-date tips and tricks? TiA

If you are on LinkedIn, look for a guy named Dirk Spencer. He runs a group called Resume Psychology. If you join that group, you can download some information on resume writing that is very helpful. Dirk is very friendly as well and frequently reviews resumes for free once you've applied his techniques. He also gives a lot of free resume writing seminars in the DFW area.

You can also do a Google search for resume psychology and find some of his information on resume writing. I highly recommend him.
