This to me is a strange product, but I don't rest my entire palm on my mouse. I hover my hand over it and use my thumb and third (ring) finger to move it around. If you rest your entire palm on your mouse, you are forced to use much larger muscles in your forearm and upper arm in order to move the thing, which leads to imprecision. The two finger grip gives me much more precise mouse control, when I'm not using a Wacom.
Anybody rest their entire palm on the thing? Or on any mouse? Come to think of it, this is probably one of the reasons I didn't have as much problem with the puck mouse as other people.
