I lost all my photos too. Iphoto is unstable as hell. I can see my library and it says 10GB but when I rebuild it and such, it still opens up with only one photo. It sucks. I have given up on it completely.

You know, you can right click on the iPhoto file (forget which one exactly) and choose to open package, or some-such, and you should see all the photos and other files. Assuming they are there, make a back-up (if you don't have one), and then try re-importing them (start with a small group). If that works, then import them all.

Will try the manager.
undoug - Need to know what file to right click on before I can proceed. I have most of my photos backed up but I am missing some videos that I had not made copies of yet.

iPhoto has always been solid for me.
19000 photos, plenty of videos. 69 gigs. Smart Albums make it rock even more.

Found the file. Thanks.
iPhoto Library Manager worked great. Everything was restored. Wonder how it got messed up in the first place? |
