Word and idea webs aren't all that new, and they've been used successfully in lots of research designs in the social sciences. This particular application and extension is pretty interesting, however. Of course, there's always a question about which definitions are driving the webs, or clouds.

Mostly, it's an interesting way to analyze ideas based on frequency and connection to other ideas.

Oh, and bfd might'a put Sammy's in a little larger font than German Shepards.
