Dang it, so many lost opportunities for safety. Now I will always use the dog sanitizer method to prevent illness in my family. The dogs have been trying to help me all this time.

i use exam gloves (from Costco) to shape burgers or place raw meat on the grill then dispose of them with the packaging that the meat came in. They also work great when working on the cars and I imagine could be used for tHongs as well.

I'm surprised. No pictures of the t(H)ongs. This could have been a very educational thread.

I first wash my meat and pat dry. Bring to the oven in a tray. Pre-heat oven. Quickly toss the meat onto the grill with tongs. Take everything back into the house and wash off the tongs real quick and wipe dry. Voila.

C'mon, guys. You need some immunities--how you gonna build 'em up if you live in Clean Room conditions?
