We need the long form declaration of kissing event, otherwise it did not happen. Oh, and we also require photographic documentation of said kissing event. And even then, we will accuse you of having received that kiss in another country, and/or possibly not from a human female. Big Grin

Nice. However, the fish and fish may be a little much, unless she really likes fish. How about a vegetable pate in aspic - that would pair nicely with the main. I would suggest a nice Fume Blanc to accompany. Your finale sounds great.
