Costco has impossibly light, yet large, boxes of roasted seaweed. Give me ideas because the seaweed beckons me.

Is it in rectangular shaped pieces? Make maki sushi. Basically, sushi rice with whatever you want to roll up inside. A great cool summer dish!

buy some costco lox and add rice to make salmon suishi...you won't really need soy because the lox is salty enough.
