32 bit mode isn't a bad thing. http://macperformanceguide.com/SnowLeopard-64bit.html Often it is preferable to 64 bit mode due to compatibility. Apps will run in 64 bit mode if they can and that is the important thing.

My late 2007 Core2Duo gma965 Macbook is running in 32 bit mode.

This was supposed to be a 64 bit experience.

I'm going to have no choice but to dump this piece of shiit now, and get an MBP with a 2820QM.
