Out of curiosity I clicked on the link. I was surprised to see that HP's eBay rating was only 94%, pretty low for a major company. On closer inspection I saw that virtually all the negative feedback was given in the last 24 hours and was to do with the standard shipping charge which as far as I could see was displayed in the auction details so shouldn't have been a surprise to any bidder. The few negatives from earlier had responses from HP that they were putting things right for the customer.
