Can a save a tutorial (.mov file) in Safari...
#1
...and if so, how?

This is the file I want to save.

As it's not a flash file, my TempItems folder trick does not apply.

Safari > Window > Activity doesn't get me anywhere, either.

I just held option and clicked your link. The movie started downloading.

You can also right click then download linked file as.

Hm.

The Option-Click works as though it were just a click.

I had already tried the Right-Click and there was no option that let me save the movie, just Page and Source, and neither of them worked at saving the .mov.

I'll try a restart and see if that helps.

If I Control-Click on the link (the word "This" ) in your post above, it gives the choice of "Download Linked File As..." as one of the choices.

If I click on other parts of that message then I see the more limited Page and Source options. Your aim might be off.

Aim is something I train very hard at.

But, GGD, you were spot on about Ctrl-Click and my posted link. It worked just fine!

Going back to the actual page and clicking around may have been my problem. But the C-C trick didn't work on the link at the Dev's site.

Ah well, you helped me out and I got the file!

Thanks for all the assistance, guys!
