Upgrade Popcorn if you already have toast 7?

I own both Popcorn 1 and Toast 7 from Roxio. Everyday I get a couple of emails from Roxio offering me a special upgrade price to Popcorn 2.

Am I wrong in thinking that Toast 7 does everything Popcorn 2 does? Is there a reason for me to upgrade to Popcorn 2?

Bleonard,

Popcorn 2 has features not offered in Popcorn 1 and Toast 7. The new features come in handy but aren't necessarily enough to justiify upgrading if you've already got the other apps. I felt they were worth the money.

Jump over to Roxio's web site and take a looksie at the new features. If you feel you'll use them, then definitely get the upgrade. If not, then stay with your existing apps.

So where is this side-by-side comparison? There's one for Popcorn 1 and 2 but I can't find one for Toast 7 and Popcorn 2.

Mike,

You have to look at them seperately. Just grab the specs for Toast and the specs for Popcorn in two different windows and keep'im side-by-side.
