Are you asking which module is better, or which one will work with your PB? If you are concerned about the compatibility, use memory configurator on their web site.

That's a trick question: personally, I'd grab this one:

For a laptop with only one SODIMM slot, I think it makes a lot of sense to get the biggest SODIMM available, so long as you can afford it. (~$116 for 1GB versus ~$48 for 512MB.)

If the processor speed of your Powerbook is 1GHz, you need PC2100 RAM. If it's 1.33GHz or greater, then you want PC2700. The PC2700's ought to clock down to PC2100 if installed in a 867MHz or 1GHz Powerbook.
