Xbox 360 replacement DVD drive?

The DVD drive in the xbox 360 is stuck partially open and the rubber drive belt seems missing. Looking on amazon for a replacement drive that will ship ND with Prime ... not seeing any. Is there another drive that will work, does anyone know?

You can't just swap the drive. The drive's firmware is linked to the set. See the following for more info:

....can you buy one of the Xbox 360 HD dvd drives.....??

.....they should be cheap after they discontinued the HD DVD format.....not sure if it would be a cheap alternative.....


....amazon has some......if you search for about $34-ish....but I think you can get it even cheaper on Ebay $20-ish.....??
