Ed: $tevie recommended a shorter list. Thanks, $tevie.. good point. Here's a list of states where photographing or videographing is not permitted in the polling place.

In Ohio they place signs quite clearly stating "turn your cell phone OFF" before entering the polling place.

That's a reaaaalllly long article. What does it say about throwing my sample ballot into the office recycling bin where conceivably the maintenance people might see it?

Looks like Sean Hannity broke New York law

Misdemeanor in relation to elections. Any person who:

10. Shows his ballot after it is prepared for voting, to any person so as to reveal the contents, or solicits a voter to show the same; or,
