I just spent more than 2 hours setting up Hotmail accounts in Windows Live on my wife's PC. The sheer volume of confusing, incomplete, and out of date information on the web and in the MS "Help" documents was extremely maddening. But the most frustrating thing is the arcane, illogical and inconsistent ways Windows administration works. Just figuring out how to transfer contacts from Outlook was a big deal.
I'll be the first to admit that I'm not the best at this sort of thing, but it usually feels like I am in a Darth Vader death match with the MS interface designers every time I try to do anything that's not absolutely routine in Windows. It took me less than 15 minutes to set up the accounts on both my Mini and iPad, with absolutely no documentation.
