Here's a great idea--- let's fingerprint all foreigners as they leave the country.

I wouldn't blame any other country for passing a requirement that Americans submit to a biopsy and lumbar puncture before leaving their country, you know, just to return the courtesy.

getting fingerprints on the way in is OK but requesting them again on the way out to further bolster the current system of tracking who is coming and going is not OK?

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., arguably the Republican with the largest ability to sway the vote in the Senate, has said he wants to tighten the fingerprinting requirement that the committee accepted during the day.

Given the financial muscle of the Florida tourist industry, Rubio is going to get a lot of push back. "Rubio the job killer" won't help his presidential ambitions let alone his senatorial re-election campaign.
