Need to pick up an SD card for my Nook HD 32 or 16?
#1
I suppose it doesnt matter if I get 32 or 16 depending what I do with it, if I want lots of movies, then the larger. If books, and a lot just 16.

What should I look for, in an SD card for the Nook HD?

I ordered one of these for my camera the other day. It is a good price for a fast card.
I don't know if speed matters for a nook.

I like my Class 10 - UHS-1 32GB Sandisk. I bought two from Amazon in the last seven or eight months. Less than $25. I actually use the card to boot into CM and speed seems pretty decent.

Edit: I should add that I have a Nook Color and Nook Tablet, not a newer HD or HD+, but I would imagine the newer models should work just as well.

Might seem obvious, but make sure it is a microSD card. Full size won't work.

See, I had no idea you needed a micro. Smile

Duh. Come on rgG, you should intimately know all specs of all devices. Wink

Didn't mean to direct that at you. Sorry, I meant obvious to the original poster, not people coming out of the cold unfamiliar with the Nook. Original post was not 100% clear what kind of SD card, so I figured I'd clarify.

No offense taken. Actually, I am glad you mentioned it, in case I decide to get a Nook, at some point.
