I'm looking forward to seeing it. I love that Batman and the other LEGO superhero characters are in it!

I have seen it 1.3 times. First time with my GF and her 15yo son. Second time was we got to the multiplex way to early for RoboCop, so we saw the last 1/3 or so of Lego before going into our movie. We WILL be getting the BD when it comes out.
My GF is a daycare/toddler teacher, so we describe it as current events educational research. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. ![]()

it was cute.
I saw it for free, but low resolution, at viooz.co.

I was laughing so hard at a few spots I thought my wife might have to call a paramedic.
There's no post-credits stinger, but be sure to hang around long enough to hear the Batman song. The voices were spot-on. Especially liked the falsetto for the Micromanagers.

I'd be more impressed if they used stop-motion animation and real Lego blocks.

I have read some reviews saying it's not appropriate for kids under 10 or thereabouts. what are the opinions of those with kids under 10?
(BTW, I am a huge critic of most all "kids" animation films these days, for a myriad of reasons, so it would not surprise me that this movie is any different)

Age appropriate for a 2 year old (little z)? Eh - lots of lego explosions and some dealing with death / loss - though most of the carnage is robot-lego-people. Probably fine in the end. No worse(?) than the Frozen movie that was released around US Thanksgiving... or any of the Grimm fairy tales, really.
Great for a 6+ year old? Sure.

ha, I read the tread title as:
Saw: the Lego Movie And thus, thought there was another one coming out in the horror genre.
