Breaded chicken, tomato sauce, cheese, plus extra flavor bitz.

Sounds like a variation on chicken parm.
Ingredients are similar. But when you change the name and presentation, people get nervous.

Kinda like KFC's double down sandwich.
Aside from the bacon, it's a chicken tender with cheese. And a bit of sauce.
