Mac Mini or Apple Display issue?

I have the exact same issue, shown up in the last few months. A band of 'fuzz' that disappears when a window is moved through it...annoying and slightly worrying.
I've had 16 GB of RAM in it since I bought the machine– a 2012 Mini.

Same here, no AC. Let us know if there are any rain dances we need to perform or anything. No twerking tho, pls.
