I agree with those above. You can't assess the action of a guitar online, and if you get one with a poor action you'll give up on it.

I'll add to the chorus. There's only one brand I'd buy without playing it (Taylor) because they're well known for their consistency. Otherwise, go play one. Consider buying used. Most guitars sound better as they age. I've bought several used guitars and have been very happy with them.
The Epiphone Masterbuilts are decent from what I've heard. In that price range, there are a lot of decent guitars including Seagull and Yamaha. Stay away from Fender. They make excellent electric guitars, but lousy acoustic ones. |
