Just saying that he's not the only culpable party.

You want to lay blame, start with Congress. They handed him the laws he's operating under. They're too disorganized to pass a law to protect our civil liberties, but somehow manage to get together to vote to revoke Obamacare 62 times.

Kick those bums out and put in people who respect the office and we'll see how far the next president gets at abusing the Constitution.
