walk distance: 24.08 miles
average pace: 14.02 / mile
I can now run a mile, fairly easily. In fact I've been able to get a second one in the last three outings with a walking break between the two.

Not a whole lot of news here...
I'm still doing yard work and doing my bicycle rides when I can.
I've had a little soreness in my shoulder the past few weeks and have been holding off on my dumbbell routine.
I've never been much of a dancer but lately I've been doing more of it at home when I'm alone. It's a great way to get a little exercise, listen to music, and work off some frustration. I found a few good YouTube videos for those of us with two left feet.

Not back to full strength after a nasty rhinovirus. At least being ill knocked five pounds off.
