Some things never change.

To make the poll functionally useful I inserted the word 'predominately' preceding 'read or listen to ? '
and voted 'google' despite google's tendency for a lopsided aggregation of what constitutes 'news' these days.

I used to listen to the voices in my head, but then they started with those 'Reverse Mortgage' ads.

You sure it wasn't all those "buy gold" repetitions emanating from AM radio?

BBC (really seems more feature oriented though)
Al Jazeera (I really miss it's American operation)
Tampa Bay Times (Largest paper in the SE, extremely strong state news and investigation work. Miami Herald was gutted by it's owner. It is an also ran now except for Latin America)
Fox just to see how they spin it.
Orlando Sentinel for college sports
SI.com
Washington Post
NYT, but not everyday as I don't have a subscription)
Yahoo for headlines to follow in others

FOX! Confusedmiley-laughing001:

But seriously, I'm suspicious of EVERY "news" outlet these days. I think they all are pretty much garbage.

I have a page set up at ighome (igoogle replacement). I have it customized with various news sites such as NPR, Google News, MarketWatch, AP Headlines, and CNN. My Google News has customized tabs for current headlines, world news, U.S. news, financial, Apple, sci/tech, flint, mi, UAW, and marijuana.

I don't think I could pick the top five, since I believe they're all suspect.

Oh, and if there's a big story happening, I will google it for the latest info.

Rush. Everything I should know comes from the EIB Network and Rush is the only broadcaster on the EIB Network.
