I only get about one a week or so- Lemon Iced Tea when I do. My work supplies some food and drink for free on my shift, otherwise I stick to water mostly.

No. Diet anything is illegal in mikebw-land.

I say if you cannot afford to consume the calories of regular food then you should simply not eat those foods. There are plenty of low-calorie foods that are not 'diet'.

But that's just me.
