treehouse... do you pay real estate taxes?

Technically, my treehouse is my home office and I get a tax write-off for working on it. My wife used to work for Deloitte and said that I just had to keep it reasonable. I used some insulation that is made for garage doors (https://www.garagedoornation.com/products/garage-door-insulation-kit) and now my treehouse has temperature control.

Do any of you guys use your treehouse as a spare office or workshop?
