I just read through the transcript of that word salad train wreck. I did find a Trump phrase with which I could agree:
I don’t think there’s ever been a president elected who in this short period of time has done what we’ve done.

As for the GOP led Congress. I think they're in shock and don't know what to do. I think they're terrified to have to deal with their party's leader.
