Cell Phone Questions-Free stuff and Mac Connections?

I just started messing with my cell phone and had some questions. I have a Nokia 6016 through sprint, and was wondering if there is software available to download my contacts into the phones address book. Also, is there anyplace to get FREE ringtones or background graphics? Its a company phone, so I cant have any of the "misc" charges.

Does it have bluetooth?

Not too sure about Nokias but my Sony Ericssons came with a USB cable in addition to the bluetooth built in. The iSync website does not list your phone as compatible.
