.......though not always the case.....old workplace had someone who graduated from Ivy League college but had zero grammatical skills.......his writing had run-ons on top of a run-ons, little to no punctuation, and all the objects and subjects were thrown about in all the wrong places......and yes because he was a white, male......went straight to the top......a 3rd grader could probably write better than that......
