Does an old Direct TV Dish Receiver have any value?

DTV will not come and get it and it has zero value. Dump.
I can verify that. I've recently called both Dish & Direct TV to retrieve dish
assemblies. Both declined, asked me to 'recycle them'.

I've still got my old DirecTivo HD box that I laboriously hacked to permit file extraction. Became a paperweight when DTV switched from MPEG2 to MPEG4 encoding a decade or so ago. Dunno why I haven't dropped it in the trash.

OTOH, the way stuff is moving on eBay during the quarantine, I might as well see if I can find a sucker--uh, I mean, a curious tinkerer.

(If you've got a pile of eBay stuff that you've been procrastinating about listing, take my word for it: list it. Stuff is flying out the door right now.)
