Got some Nordic Pur HVAC filters from Amazon that are way better than Home Depot's
#1
They were about $6 each in packs of 6 for a 20X20X1, roughly HD's price. HD's cardboard portion is like about 6 old fashioned grocery sacks glued together. The Nordic Pur have real cardboard and it's pretty substantial. I have to pull the HD ones out with needle nose pliers and they crumple up. The Nordic Purs just pull right out.

$10 each for mine -- we have a stupid size -- so about normal.

Good FPR, usually I just get cheap and change every month.

I'm glad I found them. Thy are so much better than the same-priced ones at Walmart and especially Home Depot.

Thanks for the reminder that I need to get some new ones after just completing the spring replacement for this year.

I don’t like that HD has their own rating system.
