It wasn't a ramp, it was steps. Notice how he steps down with his left foot and then steps on the same step with his right foot.

He is an elderly man who does not take good care of himself and is under a lot of stress. I give him a pass for asking for help on the ramp.

But the obvious question is not what happened at West Point, it's whether this man is competent to run the country for four more years. It's not age, it's the mileage.
