I think the Western Digital Scorpio 120GB 5400RPM drive is a consistently good bang-for-the-buck drive. Get the model with 8MB cache. Should be $90 or less.

Dealmac has had a couple of good deals lately, on both internal and external.

Nobody has had any killer deals that I've seen.

Not "killer" but I got a WD Passport USB 120 GB for around 80 bucks, that was after google checkout. Not seems to be more like $100 last time I looked around.
