Two of my employees have been quarantined for non work related contact/exposure.

They tested negative and nearly two weeks later, all was well.

Hopefully you will be this lucky.

Very few people I've found are exposed at work. Most businesses have mitigation measures down at this point. You just can't stop someone from being an idiot at home and the law prevents you from firing them for being an idiot on their own time.
