If it weren't for FileMaker, it wouldn't be as easy to sit here at 5:10A and fiddle around with my personalized house-hunting database so it reflects the mortgage and taxes as a percentage of my gross income!

They have done a really crappy job with FileMaker the last 5 years or so.

This could be a great consumer app once again, but they price it and target it for heavy duty lifting.
